About Me
Tom Wegg-Prosser
Hi, I'm Tom and I am an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with the British Association of Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapists (BABCP). I use evidence-based practice, working with clients to help them improve their psychological wellbeing and lead a more value orientated life. I work empathically and flexibly with a range of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Mindfulness based practice. These approaches focus on working in the here and now and are all evidence based, meaning their effectiveness is well established. I have a particular interest in working with people in the creative industries.
